No, our cable incorporates a 98k ohm resistor that acts as a safety fused link and it is impossible for your earthing sheet to conduct electricity when only connected to an earth outlet of your home. The power point does not need to be turned on in order for the sheet to work. The top two pins of the plug are plastic and the single bottom pin is what connects you to the earth.
It depends on which country you live in. You can check the shipping cost at the checkout when you enter your address or contact us. We’ll add the matching Earthing adapter depending on your country.
Although direct skin contact is always best, we have tested that using a cotton sheet over the top will still ground the body effectively.
The smooth side that has the cord connected is the conductive side.

- The Earthing bed sheets require direct skin contact and to be machine washed.
- The premium bed mats are used with a normal bed sheet over the top and if cleaning is required, simply wipe down with a non abrasive cloth.

I was given this as a birthday present and not sure what it was. Very skeptical but thought as a gift I would try it. I had the best sleep and from the first morning, I have woken up without lower back pain! I have purchased 3 bed earthing mats for my family & my Mum purchased one as well. Delivery time was within a few days as well. Absolutely thrilled by the service & the one I am using has reduced the inflammation in my hands massively. I have not worn my rings for more than 20 years because I could not get them off each time & because I have a farm I need to take them off often. I have not tried but I really believe I could get them off without any problem at all. Thrilled with the product. My Mum has used hers for 2 nights now, she feels unwell today but I believe something is changing within her & may take a few days to settle down.
