Warranty & Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your Urban Hippee products — and we stand behind their quality with simple, transparent return and warranty policies.

Trial Periods

• Grounding (earthing) products: 120-day risk-free trial

• Red light therapy panels (ProPlus & MultiWave Pro): 60-day risk-free trial

All other products — including blue light glasses, sleep masks, book lights, and lamps — are covered by a 30-day hassle-free return policy (not a trial). These items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Earthing shoe straps are considered a consumable product and are not eligible for a trial period or change-of-mind returns.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund or exchange (minus any original shipping costs, if applicable). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Warranty Coverage

All Urban Hippee products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects when used as intended.

Extended warranty coverage applies to the following:

• Underlay grounding sheets (stainless steel + cotton):
  2-year warranty on the sheet itself, with a 1-year warranty on the grounding cord and adapter.

• Red Light Therapy Panels (ProPlus & MultiWave Pro): 3-year warranty

• Earthing Shoe Straps

  Covered for manufacturing faults only.

  These straps are a consumable product and are not designed for long-term use. Lifespan will vary depending on surface and activity.

  Wear and tear, adhesive degradation, and damage from rough or high-friction use are not considered faults.

Missing Items / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives and an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of dispatch and delivery investigations, we’re unable to review or approve missing item claims submitted after 7 days from the recorded delivery date.

To investigate, we may request photos of the parcel, packaging, and the items received. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post or the courier to review delivery and dispatch records.
