This light is small but puts out a beautiful glow of either yellow, orange or red. I’m sure my sleep has been enhanced by using the red before bed. Easy to use and good quality. I love using them.

I did not know if the correct plug adaptor was included in the kit. I reached out and got a response very quickly. Sarah kindly guided and resolved the issue. I did not feel I was communicating with a chat box or AI. It felt like a real person. Glad they have some very skills and helpful staff.

I heard about this from a friend of mine who sleeps with grounding sheets. They recommended this particular brand. I wanted to see if it would help my sleeping habits as I am not the deepest sleeper at night. I also frequently travel and wanted a way to get over jet lag a bit quicker. And? Deep sleep improved. Getting good rem sleep. I have yet to try it on a trip, but I am hopeful. I need to get some gentle detergent to keep it clean. But I may look into getting the sheets at some point

I really love my earthing underlay sheet. I have seen a 20% increase in sleep quality from my wearable device. I love that it is made in Australia and is a very simple health hack to use. I have also bought the grounding mat for the feet while I work at my desk and I am loving the positive effects of grounding. Highly recommend. Customer service has been responsive and good to liaise with too.

We find it useful to test our own baseline before and after using the Grounding Mat. Can test batteries’ direct V too.

Fast and very friendly service as I had a few questions for them beforehand.

First night I seemed to sleep much deeper. Still woke for nature calls but went back to sleep quickly.

Fits over my other glasses well. Only use them at night. Easy to get used to seeing the screen as an orange colour.

I have been using my Earthing sheet for a few weeks now and found I am sleeping so much better and wanting to get out of bed in the morning. I rarely wake during the night now plus I dont seem to get leg cramps like I use too, where I would have to jump out of bed to stop the cramping. I am very happy, this actually works.

I had slept on it for 11 days since and my sleep has improved. I used to wake up 2 to 3 times during sleep and sometimes take a bit longer to fall back to sleep. Last 2 nights, I only woke up once for a couple of seconds and fell asleep again. I had a tennis elbow condition which was recovering over the last 5 months, but the pain has totally gone now after using the earthing underlay. The swell and pain on my little finger have also reduced. I am hoping it will be totally gone as I continue to use the product.
