- WASH in a washing machine with cold to warm water
- WASH with towel or linens for optimal silver shine
- Use a liquid laundry detergent
- It is good to wash your sheet, washing your sheet strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive. Just don't expose to high heat as cotton is known to shrink in heat.
DON’Ts
- Don’t wash with bleach or fabric softeners
- Don't expose to any high heat (dryer)
- Don’t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
- It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
- Iron using very low heat.
- Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread rendering it non conductive.
No, our cable incorporates a 98k ohm resistor that acts as a safety fused link and it is impossible for your earthing sheet to conduct electricity when only connected to an earth outlet of your home. The power point does not need to be turned on in order for the sheet to work. The top two pins of the plug are plastic and the single bottom pin is what connects you to the earth.
Yes. The mat remains conductive, so grounding can still occur through light layers like clothing or a sheet.
Although both sides are conductive, we recommend having the side with the connection patch facing up.
Yes, all power boards, double adapters and extension cords are all designed to connect to the earth outlet.
Whilst all Australian homes by law are earthed for safety reasons. Multimeters are an easy way to check if you are being grounded.
Unlike continuity testers that only show a green light, multimeters will show the volts in your body being reduced.

I have mainly been using our grounding underlay sheet and used the mat a few times. This is only because of convenience. As my underlay sheet works very well for me. You go to bed in various pains, when you get out in the morning, you’ve got no pain or very little go to work next day pains eventually start again. Good to go to bed to lower the pain again. 3 members of the family all agree we’re all very happy thank you very much.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the benefits of an earthing product that brings such well being physiologically into your life. You can actually feel it directly working – those parts of the body sitting/lying on the mat get a great warm tingling sensation, and of course the benefits of the mat further transfer throughout all parts of your being.

Fast dispatch of products, arrived next day. Tested with multimeter, significant drop in measured voltage when grounded. Products appear to be well made and seem to be beneficial, have only tested for about one week. Using Garmin Forerunner watch to assess any changes in sleep quality and duration, and also HRV. Hard to assess duration given my busy travel schedules however sleep quality and HRV are showing positive trends. Grounding mat supplied with underlay is great for travel.
