Urban Hippee was born in 2016 from our shared belief that in today’s fast-paced world, we often lose touch with the natural rhythms of the Earth. Our journey began when we discovered the profound benefits of grounding, or earthing, and how it can improve our overall health and well-being. This revelation led us to explore other natural wellness practices, such as red light therapy and blue light glasses, to address the challenges of modern living.
