Yes. Our grounding underlays are designed to sit underneath your normal fitted sheet, so you can make your bed as usual. Conductivity can pass through a standard cotton fitted sheet, particularly with the natural moisture and pressure created while sleeping.

For the strongest direct connection, you can also sleep with bare skin in direct contact with a conductive grounding sheet or underlay.
