I am usually awake after two hours to go to the toilet, slept five straight last night after five nights on the underlay. When I wake during the night I am going back to sleep more quickly. I previously had a grounding fitted sheet which was cotton and silver, a bit rough and I did not realise that the endless washing damages the silver and effects its ability to ground. The bonus mat (a wonderful extra) is in a pillow slip, and my cats are grounding during the day too. I am very happy.

Mum loves it! I bought it for her as she has not been sleeping well for months, and after doing hours and hours of research and trying to find something that works, this was it. Product arrived within week and looks/feels like a good quality product, I love the straps as they even fit my extra deep mattress and keep it in place. First night, I felt tingly throughout many parts of my body and from reading about the product I knew this might happen, it felt odd but not painful or worrisome. 2nd night onward no tingles so hopefully it already sorted some of my issues. I feel better internally and my chronic back pain has significantly improved in less than 1 week. I am definitely looking forward to the upcoming weeks and expected improvements. Always easy and a pleasure. We sleep on a grounding sheet on our bed, it’s so wonderful, we had to buy another for our guest bed.

Haven’t tried it yet but if it is the same as the underlay it will be great.

Urban Hippee have great products and customer service. I’ve bought their products for myself, friends and family and they’ve never disappointed! Their prices are very affordable and very good quality products! Highly recommend if you’re looking to improve your quality of life and health. Works so well! I’ve been using Urban Hippee’s grounding fitted bed sheet’s for years and they still earth me. I test them after every wash with a multimeter. I now have moved to using the underlay so I can go to bed with magnesium oil and creams etc. and not worry. They conduct very well even with a sheet on top.

It’s done exactly what everyone said it would, it reduced inflammation in my body and give me a deeper sleep. It’s not a miracle cure of course but it takes the edge off all my ailments, which makes getting out of bed in the morning easier

Great! Just received it less than a week ago and its helping with my level 2 sciatica when walking, my partner has also stated she’s also feeling its benefits.

I call this sheet My Happy Grounding Sheet! In only a few weeks I have noticed that I am much calmer, no more mood swings. I have been able to wean myself off the HRT patch, and I no longer suffer from restless legs which means I don’t toss and turn all night while trying to get to sleep. These are the three things that I’ve noticed the most, but I’m sure there are more. I would recommend this Grounding sheet to anyone who is trying to improve their quality of life. Fast delivery, Earths well – tested with multimeter.

After taking the plunge into the “earth grounding” world, we are now fully fledged convertees!! After a few nights we started to notice that certain aches/pains and leg/foot cramps had receded by about 80% Old injuries had started to feel better and our mobility has increased to feeling much more fluid! So take the “plunge” folks.

My son suffers from anxiety and night terrors. Since installing this on his bed, he appears to be less restless and quieter through the night.

Since I bought my grounding underlay I no longer wake up 4 or 5 times a night, now it’s usually only once a night. I sleep better. Aches and pains in my legs from starting a new job at the same time and standing/walking for 6 hours a day are minimal next morning. Everyone needs to have one of these on their bed, it’s a game changer.
