As a general rule of thumb, we recommend trying 10-20 minute sessions, 3-5 times a week. But everyone will respond differently and can be custom to each user.
There is a lot of information online claiming to know the perfect usage amount which seems to contradict each other. We recommend not exceeding each session longer than 20 minutes and starting off on just 10 minutes to test your tolerance to the light.
Eye protection is not necessary.
Most people will start to see visable results after 3 consecutive weeks of use.
Studies have shown that pulsed light can improve the permeability of the skin, allowing for better absorption of topical products. This means that creams and serums can penetrate deeper into the skin, making them more effective.
