All of our grounding bed products provide the same grounding function, but they differ in material, feel and how they are used on your bed.
Our beige and dark grey fitted grounding sheets are made from soft organic cotton with conductive silver thread. They replace your normal fitted sheet, and direct skin contact is recommended.
Our Premium Grounding Underlays and Premium Bed Mats sit underneath your usual bedding, so you can keep a normal sheet on top. They are ideal if you prefer not to sleep directly on a conductive sheet.
View Premium Grounding UnderlaysGrounding has been studied for its potential role in supporting sleep, stress management, recovery, circulation and everyday comfort. Many customers choose grounding as part of a simple nightly wellness routine.
Individual experiences can vary. Some people notice changes quickly, while others find that consistent use over several weeks is needed before they notice a difference.
Learn more about grounding and earthingMachine wash your fitted grounding sheet in cold to warm water on a gentle cycle, using a mild liquid laundry detergent. Washing with towels or other linen is ideal, as it helps remove natural body oils and sweat from the conductive silver fibres.
Avoid bleach, fabric softener, whitening detergents, oxy-detergents and products containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil. Do not tumble dry or expose the sheet to high heat, as this can shrink the cotton and damage the silver thread.
The most reliable way to test a grounding sheet is with a multimeter. This lets you check continuity between the sheet and the earth connection in your power outlet.
All Urban Hippee grounding products are tested for conductivity, quality and safety before they are sent out. If you would like to test yours at home, follow our simple five-step testing guide.
View our 5-step product testing guideWhen used as directed with a properly installed and grounded power outlet, your grounding sheet connects only to the earth connection — not to active electricity. The power point does not need to be switched on for the sheet to work.
The top two pins on the adapter are plastic, while the single bottom pin creates the earth connection. Every grounding cord also includes a built-in 100kΩ safety resistor for added protection.
For the best connection, we recommend direct skin contact with our cotton and silver fitted grounding sheets. They are designed to replace your normal fitted sheet rather than sit underneath it.
If you prefer to keep your existing fitted sheet on top, choose a Premium Grounding Underlay or Premium Grounding Bed Mat instead. These products are specifically designed to work beneath normal bedding and through pyjamas.
Shop Premium Grounding UnderlaysThis is the 2nd grounding sheet and the 2nd grounding mat that we have bought. Our family finds that grounding sheets do actually work and they help to reduce inflammation. We couldn’t do without one now. Consistently good service and quality from Urban Hippie.
Thanks to Urban Hippee for the gift of the Earthing mat that was included in my underlay order. Lucky purchase timing for me. I use it at my desktop computer, and it helps to combat the effect of all the electro-magnetic energy coming at me from the electrical equipment on the desk – especially the keyboard! It has also helped my persistent tailbone pain, caused by a fall many months ago. It’s a generous sized mat, and very useful.
I’m really happy with the order process, speed of delivery and the product itself. I already know from past use of another company’s earthing sheet, many years ago, that Earthing works, and I still had the multi-tester to confirm the benefit of the “Urban Hippee” underlay for myself. The underlay is much easier to use and more comfortable than the old, silver, direct-contact sheets my husband and I used before. (That was before they came as fitted sheets) We had to replace the earlier grounding sheets a few times which was getting too expensive, so it’s comforting now, to have the extended, 10 year warranty. I’m relieved that this underlay sheet stays in place; covers the full surface of our QS bed, and only needs washing 3 or 4 times a year. Even though it’s only been 5 nights use so far, we are already having signs of reduced inflammation – less aches at night; feeling a little more rested in the morning and maybe a bit less tetchy 🙂 I’ve ordered the pillow underlays to soothe our neck and head pains more quickly. Can’t wait to try them out. And, at the risk of sounding weird… my crystals that I use for healing, also really love the Earthing underlay. Sounds nuts I know but they seem stronger and happier now. I can put them under my pillow at night, (or during the day, while I’m out of the bed) and they get reconnected to Earth energies – recharging themselves, while at the same time, helping me. It’s a Win-Win! It’s also a lot easier way to rejuvenate and cleanse the crystals than the other methods being taught. Makes sense to reconnect them to the Earth energy they had contact with 24/7 before people dug them up. Just a thought.
Great service. If you’re looking for a pair of blue light glasses, these are the ones !
Staff were very helpful with my questions. Great product. Quick delivery.
Excellent device, very effective. I use it for face and hair in two separate sessions. Only one complaint though, stand is not easy to operate back and forward.
The mat is a good size with a nice long cord. I’m excited to feel the benefits of grounding long term.
Easy to order. Very fast service and everything packed really well. Would buy from them again. Nice little size and easy to set up and use.
Quick delivery and fantastic for my knee issues. I feel less stiff and find it easier to walk after using this product. Also good for muscle recovery.
Works like it should. I’m still experimenting with results, it’s my 8th day
Noticed a difference the very first night. Since I purchased, my daughter has bought a sheet and a pad. Very happy, thank you. I will be investing in more products when I can afford them.
It’s been one week, but our 5 week old baby went from sleeping 2-3 hours, to sleeping 4.5 hours every night since getting the mat. My partner’s also had a morning bowel movement every morning since getting our earth mat. Money well spent.
Great sleep at last.
So prompt with delivery. The king grounding sheet is amazing! Great nights sleep.

Hope the money back guarantee is true.
Yes, delivery service was great, but I’m not convinced it does what it’s supposed to. My leg still wakes me at night and my partner is still restless from aches. Had it on for over a week now.
Response from Urban Hippee
Hi Janice, thanks so much for the review, and we’re glad delivery was smooth!
Yes, the money-back guarantee is absolutely real. You’ve got the full 120-day trial, so there’s no pressure at all. One week is still very early days, and everyone’s experience is a little different. That’s exactly why we give people four months to see how it fits into their routine.
If you have any questions at all or want to talk through your setup, just reply to your order email and we’ll look after you personally. And if it’s not for you by the end of the trial, we’ll make it right, no fuss.
Warm regards,
Eli – Urban Hippee
All good
I will buy another one next week.
A great light for travel and for reading in bed
Amazing service!
The speed I received my order was amazing. I already have a grounding sheet and I wanted one for another bed. I have thoroughly researched grounding sheets and I am a firm believer of the benefits. The sheet from Urban Hippee is great quality and was excellent from the first night!! Thank you 😊
Prompt reply to my email. Efficient customer service and quick delivery. Very professional service in general. 🤗💯👌🏻
Exactly as stated, lovely glasses and delivery was 2 days. Highly recommend. You’re doing a great job guys, good luck with your future.
I had a knee injury for more than a month, 4 days of using the Belt I stopped limping, the pain was gone and I would say that I am 90% recovered, definitely worth using, Thanks Urban Hippee
Great product, stops the eyes getting sore and a good nights sleep.
Extremely quick delivery and the product is great quality.
Fast delivery, great glasses
No more inflammation!!
Ordering made easy! Easy to navigate website & prompt delivery. Goods are packaged well & are as advertised. Ordered bed sheet; and it’s been a full week with absolutely heavenly deep deep sleeps, inflammation reduced dramatically, waking more alert and no dragging my feet to get out of bed. Hubby twisted his ankle the day before it arrived & I did a plantar plate tear on my foot, both of us have experienced super fast recoveries. I believe our healing was expedited due to the reduced swelling aided by our Urban Hippee magic. Thank You 🙂
The order come especially quickly and my mistake on the order was very quickly reviewed and changed by the staff.
Excellent support. questions answered promptly. Works well. Instructions easy to understand. I wanted the Multimeter to test grounding sheets as I have no idea if the sheets are working.
Excellent customer service and timely delivery. Would happily recommend to others and to use again.
Early days, but it does seem to benefit me. I feel refreshed after a sleep
Product works well. I use it when watching TV for an hour or two before I go to bed.
Hassle free!
After doing my research (over different sites) l found this product that suited all my needs…good price and delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Now my family and I can get the benefits of red and infrared healing.
Works well a few hours before sleeping and the box is quite neat with high-quality materials. Thanks.
I gave my partner this product to try and he says his sleep is definitely improved.
I wanted to give myself 1 week to see the difference and I am impressed. By 10pm at night when I’m relaxing in bed looking at my phone, my eyes get sleepy which never happens that early, so it definitely relaxes me. I don’t wake up as much going to the toilet and my sleep feels more of a deep sleep. Pretty impressed. Will be recommending to everyone.
Fantastic product!
This is my third purchase from Urban Hippee. Great products and prompt delivery. Thank you!
Prompt delivery.
Excellent/ prompt replies from the Support staff.
Very helpful.
Ordered it from regional QLD and it was delivered in 48 hours. I’m actually sleeping better for the first time in years, thank you so much.
It was so easy to order.
Like many others, I came across grounding/earthing products while researching ways to improve our sleep and manage everyday aches and pains. With the 120-day money-back guarantee, we thought we had nothing to lose by giving it a try.
Shipping was lightning fast, and honestly, we noticed a difference from the very first night. We woke feeling more rested and with noticeably less pain.
It’s now been over four weeks, and we are sleeping soundly, waking refreshed and feeling so much better.
The biggest difference has been for our eldest son, who has severe scoliosis associated with Sotos Syndrome and has lived with significant pain. To our amazement, he is now sleeping soundly and waking feeling refreshed and, most importantly, pain-free.
We genuinely didn’t expect such a noticeable difference. We’re incredibly grateful we decided to give it a try and couldn’t be happier with our purchase.❤️
This grounding/earthing sheet has dramatically improved the quality of our sleep. We are both sleeping more deeply and falling asleep more easily. To top it off, my problem shoulder is no longer waking me up with pain! It could be reduced inflammation or deeper sleep. Either way – fabulous! We run a phsyio clinic and are now recommending and purchasing these for our patients. Can’t recommend this product highly enough.
Sarah is all over it. Great services through and through! Terrific for using the computer and under led lights.
Just love the mask
It feels so beautiful
Covers my eyes well and doesn’t allow any light in
Great service. Arrived quickly. I have only had it for a week but the effects are positive.
Amazing communication and products. I recommend this family run company to anyone.
