Learn more about grounding and earthingMachine wash your fitted grounding sheet in cold to warm water on a gentle cycle, using a mild liquid laundry detergent. Washing with towels or other linen is ideal, as it helps remove natural body oils and sweat from the conductive silver fibres.
Avoid bleach, fabric softener, whitening detergents, oxy-detergents and products containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil. Do not tumble dry or expose the sheet to high heat, as this can shrink the cotton and damage the silver thread.
The most reliable way to test a grounding sheet is with a multimeter. This lets you check continuity between the sheet and the earth connection in your power outlet.

View our 5-step product testing guideNo. Your grounding sheet connects only to the earth port of a properly installed power outlet — it does not connect to active electricity. The power point does not need to be switched on for the sheet to work.
The top two pins on the adapter are plastic, while the single bottom pin creates the earth connection. Every grounding cord also includes a built-in 100kΩ safety resistor for added protection.
For the best connection, we recommend direct skin contact with our cotton and silver fitted grounding sheets. They are designed to replace your normal fitted sheet rather than sit underneath it.
If you prefer to keep your existing fitted sheet on top, choose a Premium Grounding Underlay or Premium Grounding Bed Mat instead. These products are specifically designed to work beneath normal bedding and through pyjamas.

The panels I ordered arrived quite quickly and in good condition with AusPost. I am still trying to discern distance for best use as there are too many conflicting reports and too many diverse products.. If Urban Hippee can advise that would be good. It was easy to hang… I actually had it put on a wall not door.

You’re definitely not alone; red light therapy distance can be made to sound far more complicated than it needs to be. For the ProPlus 300, start around 6 inches (15 cm) away for most uses, as outlined in the instruction booklet. If it feels a little intense or warm on your skin, simply move back a little. Consistency matters far more than chasing the “perfect” distance.

Since sleeping on this I haven’t had to take medication to get to sleep. I feel calmer and less reactive to everyday stress.
Fast dispatch of products, arrived next day. Tested with multimeter, significant drop in measured voltage when grounded. Products appear to be well made and seem to be beneficial, have only tested for about one week. Using Garmin Forerunner watch to assess any changes in sleep quality and duration, and also HRV. Hard to assess duration given my busy travel schedules however sleep quality and HRV are showing positive trends. Grounding mat supplied with underlay is great for travel.

Ok, so to start with, the packaging 📦 👌 😍 👏 💗🥰stunning. So exciting to open. Its beautifully packaged and would make a lovely gift.
Its super easy to install and we popped it on right away.
The first night – I slept. Like a log. My husband and dog both snore. I usually move into the other room when he’s home, (fifo worker).
I slept…. I slept until 7.30am 😳which was awesome because I got a cuppa in bed. I was a little cold tbh, used to my woollen underlay. But I popped a snuggly rug under myself. Perfect. I also suffer from cold toes and even in summer will use a heatpack. No need. My feet did not freeze 😳. 2nd night, we both slept until 8.30am!! Amazing product.

Great product. I’ve been sleeping or sitting on it since I got it. Extra long cord helps move it around easily. Very easy to use and set up.
I have been eyeing off these products for ages and decided to gift them to myself for my birthday this week. I have been sitting and standing on the grounding mat every day, and sitting/sleeping on the grounding soft mat when I go to bed. I have also used the infrared MiniPro and I love it. I was skeptical at first, as there are so many phoney brands out there, and initially psyched myself out upon delivery, and didn’t properly understand the pulse function (totally optional and meant for muscle recovery), but the service team was so quick to help me figure out where I went wrong and now I’m using it regularly.
