These sit securely beneath your normal bed sheet and work through the sheet and light sleepwear. They are available in sizes designed to suit different mattresses.
Premium Grounding Bed Mats
These also sit beneath your normal bed sheet. They are made from conductive carbonised vegan leather and can be easily wiped clean.

These replace your normal fitted sheet. Direct skin contact is recommended for the strongest connection.

No. Our Premium Grounding Underlays and Premium Grounding Bed Mats are designed to sit beneath your normal fitted or flat bed sheet.
Most standard bed sheets are not designed to electrically insulate the body. In our testing, cotton, bamboo, wool, flannelette and silk all work well with our premium grounding products.
Avoid placing thick waterproof mattress protectors, padded underlays or heavy mattress toppers between your body and the grounding product, as these may reduce conductivity.
Yes. Our Premium Grounding Underlay is available in a King size measuring 185cm × 203cm and is designed to fit a standard King mattress.
The adjustable straps help secure the underlay beneath your normal fitted sheet.
For wider mattresses, the underlay can also be rotated sideways so the 203cm length runs across the width of the bed. It only needs to cover the main area where your body rests.
Yes. You can wear pyjamas while using our Premium Grounding Underlays and Premium Grounding Bed Mats.
Light clothing and normal bed linen are generally not designed to electrically insulate the body enough to prevent grounding.
In our testing, materials including cotton, bamboo, silk, flannelette and wool work well with our premium grounding products.
The grounding product does not connect to active electricity. It connects only to the earth pin of a properly installed power outlet.
The power point does not need to be switched on. The two upper prongs of the supplied Australian adapter are plastic and non-functional. Only the lower earth pin creates the grounding connection.
Each grounding cord also contains a built-in 100kΩ safety resistor for added protection.
No. You can leave the power point switched on or off. It makes no difference because grounding products do not use active electricity.
The product relies only on the earth connection. You can also use a power board, extension cord or double adapter, provided it has a functioning earth connection.
You can use your grounding product for as long as you feel comfortable.
Many customers use a grounding underlay throughout the night. There is no required maximum session time.

A multimeter is the most accurate way to test the connection yourself. It can show the voltage measured on your body reducing when you touch a properly connected grounding product.

The panels I ordered arrived quite quickly and in good condition with AusPost. I am still trying to discern distance for best use as there are too many conflicting reports and too many diverse products.. If Urban Hippee can advise that would be good. It was easy to hang… I actually had it put on a wall not door.

You’re definitely not alone; red light therapy distance can be made to sound far more complicated than it needs to be. Start around 6 inches (15 cm) away for most uses, as outlined in the instruction booklet. If it feels a little intense or warm on your skin, simply move back a little. Consistency matters far more than chasing the “perfect” distance.

Since sleeping on this I haven’t had to take medication to get to sleep. I feel calmer and less reactive to everyday stress.
Fast dispatch of products, arrived next day. Tested with multimeter, significant drop in measured voltage when grounded. Products appear to be well made and seem to be beneficial, have only tested for about one week. Using Garmin Forerunner watch to assess any changes in sleep quality and duration, and also HRV. Hard to assess duration given my busy travel schedules however sleep quality and HRV are showing positive trends. Grounding mat supplied with underlay is great for travel.
