For majority of our lives we have no contact with the earth. We put shoes on before we leave the house to go to work, school or even our own backyard. Now you can reconnect while you sleep. Feel the benefits for yourself.

Similar to a light denim material.
No, they will cause too much interference with earthing the body. Normal bed sheets to be use only on top of our underlay sheet or underlay bed mat.
The premium underlay bed sheets are used under a normal bed sheet and can be washed every 3-4 months.
The fitted cotton/silver bed sheets require direct skin contact and to be machine washed.
The black color premium bed mats are used with a normal bed sheet over the top and if cleaning is required, simply wipe down with a non abrasive cloth.
They will all effectively ground the body, they are just different materials.
Stainless steel (316) is medical grade and can handle regular exposure to corrosive elements, making it our most durable earthing product.

DOs
- WASH in a washing machine with cold to warm water
- WASH with towel or linens for optimal silver shine
- Use a liquid laundry detergent
- It is good to wash your sheet, washing your sheet strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive. Just don't expose to high heat as cotton is known to shrink in heat.
DON’Ts
- Don’t wash with bleach or fabric softeners
- Don't expose to any high heat (dryer)
- Don’t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
- It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
- Iron using very low heat.
- Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread rendering it non conductive.
No — it’s impossible for the earthing sheet to conduct electricity when it’s only connected to the earth pin of your power outlet. The power point doesn’t need to be switched on for it to work. The top two pins of the plug are plastic (non-functional), and only the single bottom pin connects to the earth, which safely grounds the sheet.
No, we have tested materials such as cotton, bamboo, flannelette, silk and wool to work really with our premium earthing underlay sheet.
Yes, you can still wear PJs. Our Earthing sheet underlay is made of a premium conductive material.
Although both sides are conductive, we recommend having the side with the connection patch facing up.
Yes, all power boards, double adapters and extension cords are all designed to connect to the earth outlet.
Whilst all Australian homes by law are earthed for safety reasons. Multimeters are an easy way to check if you are being grounded.
Unlike continuity testers that only show a green light, multimeters will show the volts in your body being reduced.
