How does earthing work?

You can use a grounding & earthing sheet as long as you want. We spend majority of our lives separated from the earth. Reconnecting with our natural environment is one of the best thing for you.
It is impossible for your earthing sheet to conduct electricity when only connected to an earth outlet of your home. The power point does not need to be turned on in order for the sheet to work. The top two pins of the plug are plastic and the single bottom pin is what connects you to the earth.
No, wash once every one to two weeks with cold or warm water in washing machine (wash with other linen and towels for optimum silver shine and clean contact) Never use bleach, fabric whitener or oils as they can tarnish the silver and damage the conductive silver thread.

- It is good to wash your sheet, washing your sheet strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive. Just don't expose to high heat as cotton is known to shrink in heat.
DON’Ts
- Don’t wash with bleach or fabric softeners
- Don't expose to any high heat (dryer)
- Don’t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
- It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
- Iron using very low heat.
- Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread rendering it non conductive.

We have gotten our earthing package and put it to work right away. Sheets and pillowcases on and the mat under my feet at the dining table (sort of like my workstation as well). It’s only early days, like the second night, and the small things we have noticed right away have been: Like a vibration/tingling feeling. Feeling more relaxed, rested. Dreams are happening each night where they were sporadic before. I have shoulder pain and bursitis and after a cortisone injection have noticed any aches seem to melt away. The wife hips don’t hurt as much in the morning. My temperament is not quite so reactive (bit more chilled out). Blood pressure appears to be lowering as well and this is just night 2. Update: so, 8 days in and the above results are now common and almost every day. We would definitely recommend anyone to give it a go.
