You can use a grounding & earthing sheet as long as you want. We spend majority of our lives separated from the earth. Reconnecting with our natural environment is one of the best thing for you.
It is impossible for your earthing sheet to conduct electricity when only connected to an earth outlet of your home. The power point does not need to be turned on in order for the sheet to work. The top two pins of the plug are plastic and the single bottom pin is what connects you to the earth.
No, wash once every one to two weeks with cold or warm water in washing machine (wash with other linen and towels for optimum silver shine and clean contact) Never use bleach, fabric whitener or oils as they can tarnish the silver and damage the conductive silver thread.

- WASH with towel or linens for optimal silver shine
- Use a liquid laundry detergent
- It is good to wash your sheet, washing your sheet strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive. Just don't expose to high heat as cotton is known to shrink in heat.
DON’Ts
- Don’t wash with bleach or fabric softeners
- Don't expose to any high heat (dryer)
- Don’t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
- It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
- Iron using very low heat.
- Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread rendering it non conductive.

Happy with it so far.
Looking forward to the next few months for full affects. The first night I did get the tingling however my partner didn’t and we both slept well. Sleep seems to be getting better. Hoping the good sleep continues. Will do another review in a few months. Easy order process. And good value deal. The only thing I would suggest is if ordering more than one for the company to include an additional product leaflet as they come in the same box.

The site is easy to navigate, and delivery was super fast which I really appreciated. I’m a little confused as to why this is working so well but I have to say that sleeping with it has definitely made my sleep length longer (I used to wake multiple times in the night and that is happening far less now) and my chronic pain symptoms so far have reduced noticeably. I still get pain but the severity seems reduced.

Best unusual night’s sleep.
First night using the grounding sheet I slept for 8 hours straight.
I’m 74. My usual pattern is 3 hours sleep. Awake 2-3 hours and possibly sleep a further 2-3 hours.
There is hope for the future 🙏.

My partner especially is really noticing the difference in using this we bought these first to see how we went. He is sleeping better and is in less pain. I am having some nights amazing sleeps other nights I have heat sweats and restlessness but overall a lot better but that is getting less now I have been sleeping on it for 3 weeks now. We are going to buy the undermat to go under sheet next as this sheet moves a little bit.

Arrived promptly and beautifully presented. Took about 10 days to notice any effect but my sleep has now definitely improved. Easy to fit and makes no difference to the feel of the bed.
