For majority of our lives we have no contact with the earth. We put shoes on before we leave the house to go to work, school or even our own backyard. Now you can reconnect while you sleep. Feel the benefits for yourself.
How does earthing work?
The body is made up of electrically charged atoms – protons (positive), electrons (negative) and neutrons (neutral). Our cells can be compared to batteries. Electricity allows our nervous system to send signals to our brain. All these signals create electronic charges that travel from cell to cell allowing us to make mental and physical decisions.
The earth holds an enormous negative charge and our bodies can absorb the electrons through the soles of our feet. It is been known to be one of the most effective anti-oxidants that can relieve pain, reduce swelling, improve sleep, enhance well-being and much more.
Swelling is caused by too much density within the red blood cells and build-up of excess positive charge in our body. With grounding, our blood will thin and balance the electrical charge through negative electron absorption from the earth. Researchers say it takes up to 80 minutes for the electrons to travel from the earth and have an effect on our blood.

HELPFUL INFORMATION
Soft Grounding Pad FAQs
How long can I use my grounding pad for?
You can use your grounding pad for as long as you like. It is made for regular everyday use, whether you are sitting on the couch, working at a desk, meditating, relaxing in bed or placing it on your lap.
For the best chance of noticing a difference, use it consistently with direct skin contact. Some people notice changes quickly, while others find it takes a few weeks of regular use.
What is the soft earthing mat made of?
The Soft Grounding Pad is made from 90% organic cotton and 10% conductive silver thread.
The silver fibres create the conductive connection to the grounding cord, while the soft cotton makes it comfortable for use on your lap, couch, bed or during meditation.
How do I clean my soft earthing mat?
Machine wash in cold to warm water using a regular liquid laundry detergent. Washing the pad with towels or other linen is ideal, as this helps remove body oils and sweat from the silver fibres to keep them clean and conductive.
Do not use bleach, fabric softener, whitening detergents, oxy-detergents or products containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil. Avoid tumble drying and high heat, as heat can shrink cotton and damage the conductive silver thread.
It is also best to wait around one hour after applying body lotion before using the pad, as lotions and oils can build up on and tarnish the silver fibres over time.
Can I get electrocuted using a grounding pad?
No. Your grounding pad connects only to the earth port of a properly installed power outlet — it does not connect to active electricity. The power point does not need to be switched on for the pad to work.
The top two pins on the adapter are plastic, while the single bottom pin creates the earth connection. Each grounding cord also includes a built-in 100kΩ safety resistor for added protection.
Can I use a power board with my grounding pad?
Yes. You can use a properly functioning power board, double adapter or extension lead, provided it has a working earth connection.
The grounding pad uses only the earth connection, so it does not require the power board to be switched on.
How much is international shipping?
We ship internationally from Australia, including to New Zealand and the USA. Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and are calculated at checkout.
We will include the correct grounding adapter for your country. If you need help before ordering, please contact our support team.
What are the benefits of using organic cotton?
Organic cotton is soft, breathable and comfortable against the skin. It is also a more sustainable choice, made with less chemical processing than conventional cotton.
It is especially well suited to grounding products because it gives you a comfortable, natural-feeling surface for regular direct skin contact.

Packing and delivery was super prompt. This is really soft and comfortable and has had some really clear benefits for me in terms of sleep and pain. I really like this product because it’s really versatile and a great way to check whether grounding products work for you – i.e. you can use it on the couch when watching TV, at your computer on your computer chair, in bed if you wish to test that out before buying sheets.
