About Our Grounding Sheets
Grounding sheets, also known as earthing sheets, are an easy way to connect with the Earth’s natural energy while at home. These sheets come in different conductive material, ensuring excellent conductivity. Each grounding product includes a carbonized patch with a connector that attaches to a grounding cord. The cord connects to the earth outlet of your power point (with two plastic prongs for safety). This setup allows you to stay grounded while enjoying the same benefits as being barefoot outdoors.
Made from soft organic cotton laced with conductive silver threads that feel just like a regular cotton sheet. Designed to fit all bed sizes, including single, double, queen, and king. Each sheet includes adjustable straps to keep it securely in place. Available in beige and dark grey. To use, lay the sheet across the bed base and tuck it under the mattress, ensuring direct skin contact with your legs or feet for optimal grounding. Machine washable on a delicate setting with cold water and mild detergent.

This upgraded design is made from soft carbonized vegan leather, now with a layer of silver thread underneath to boost conductivity. It fits double, queen, and king-sized beds with secure adjustable straps to keep it in place. The mat can be used lengthways or across the bed—whether you want to ground your full body or just the lower half, it’s up to you. Safe to use with regular sheets and pyjamas, and easy to clean with a damp cloth. Each mat comes with a grounding cord and adapter and is backed by a 120-day risk-free trial.
Premium Underlay Grounding Sheets
These premium sheets will fit any mattress size and are made with 30% stainless steel (316) fiber and durable cotton that feels like lightweight denim. Available in multiple sizes to suit your mattress size. They attach securely to the mattress with adjustable straps, and a regular bed sheet is used on top.
