• Our premium bed mats & premium bed sheets can have a normal bed sheet over the top and are universal sizes to fit any mattress.

Most standard bed sheets aren’t designed to insulate the body from a current. From what we have tested – cotton, bamboo, wool, flannelette, and silk all work well with our premium earthing products. 

Yes, you can adjust the straps to suit any mattress. They will not give full coverage as most standard king mattresses are 180cmx203cm. Keep in mind, they can be rotated the opposite direction, so it can cover more of the sides. 

Yes, you can still wear PJs. Our premium range are made of a very high conductive thread. Clothing & bed linen are not designed to insulate the body enough from being grounded. 

No — it’s impossible for the earthing sheet to conduct electricity when it’s only connected to the earth pin of your power outlet. The power point doesn’t need to be switched on for it to work. The top two pins of the plug are plastic (non-functional), and only the single bottom pin connects to the earth, which safely grounds the sheet.

You can leave the power point either turned on or off, it will make no difference, you will still be grounded. Multi boards and double adapters can be used. 

As much as you want. Using one of Urban Hippee’s Earthing products will give the body the same benefits as you would walking barefoot on the Earth’s surface.
